Englewood, Colorado, October 21, 1994. Alembic Systems international, Ltd., and Object Technologies, Inc. today announced that the shareholders of Alembic have approved the plan previously negotiated and approved by both corporations for the reorganization of Alembic. The plan approved today provides for the acquisition of the Alembic name, and all assets and contracts of Alembic by Object Technologies which will continue Alembic's business from its former offices. Both corporations are also pleased to announce that the key employees of Alembic will be working for Object Technologies thereby guaranteeing that there will be no interruption of service to our vendors or customers. The acquisition plan provides cash for Alembic to pay its creditors, provides that Object Technologies will assume all contract obligations of Alembic after November 3, 1994. Object Technologies will operate as "Alembic/Object Technologies" beginning Thursday, November 3, 1994.
